Menu list

Ingredients in the recipes at the Menu list are marked for their storage place.

  • F for a small freezing partition in the refrigerator
  • R for a refrigerator or cooling box or ice cubes
  • O is without any cooling
  • Recipes marked green are considered to be real easy to prepare. The menu suggestions without a thumbnail don’t have a written recipe. These are so common and you will find them in all the basic cooking books. Originally most of the recipes are for 4 people but counted in a small appetizer and a desert. So to be honest most of the time at sea we have only the main dish, leaving only a small nibble for the hungry watchman/women or next day’s lunch.
